I've been walking faithfully every morning for the last two or three weeks. Yesterday while I was walking, my foot started to bother me and has only gotten worse. I think I have a bone spur! This means I'll have to dig out my bike if I want to continue to exercise until I can get my foot looked at. I go to the doctor on Thursday next week for them to look at it. Last time I got back into walking pretty heavy, I developed a bone spur on my right foot and this time it's on my left foot. Who says exercising it good for you?! lol Seems to cause me a lot of pain and grief! :)
